This is James Georgopoulos newest Exotic Super Flat called "LAPD West Side" that is in progress right now based on the new
2014 Chevrolet Caprice this series is based on exotic cars or special cars. All the pieces are build from 6061 T aerospace aluminum and finished in automotive finishes, the final works have more added to the final piece.
